System: Duplex redundant feed water booster pumps, Custom pretreatment, Sample station, 1x CWT HDH-2 Two Pass Reverse Osmosis, 2x SDS-H Heat Sanitization.

CWT was responsible for supplying a water treatment system for a very large renal dialysis client. This project came with a multi-year scope complete with phased installation planning, coordination on a major construction schedule, and the supply and installation of one of the largest orbital welded distribution loops for dialysis, clocking in at over 2000 feet of ultra sanitary, heat sanitizable system.
This project also featured several advances in monitoring. Since the points of use were so distant from the plant room, CWT installed a remote monitor for technicians and remote alarms and indication at the bed side for nursing staff. Together with state of the art process control, this leads to confidence in a state of the art system that is continually monitored for the utmost in patient care.
