Superior
Silica and Heavy Metals Removal
PG Type 1 resins have a higher basicity and a uniform bead size
that makes them more effective than common Type 2 gel resins. As
a result, they remove more silica than any other resin. In addition,
all premium grade deionizers are guaranteed to produce 18 megohm/cm,
initially and after each regeneration service.
Quality
Controlled Resin Selection
Each lot of resin from the manufacturer is carefully inspected by
CWT's quality control specialists. Only resins of the highest quality
are used in CWT's deionizers to ensure that water quality will not
be compromised.
Premium
Grade Resins are Specially Regenerated
The unique structure of CWT's PG DI resin, requires a special process
to achieve effective regeneration. In addition to the procedures
and precautions used in the high purity deionization resin regeneration
process, anion resins are flushed with a heated caustic solution.
This drives off retained silica and organics from all surface areas
of the resin. Lastly, all resins are rinsed with 18 megohm water
and repacked with a unique air mixing system to ensure the proper
anion/cation mix throughout each tank.
Line
Pressure Operated
System operates on tap pressure, within a pressure range of 25-60
psi. Mixed bed deionizers will produce from 3/4 to 15 gallons per
minute. Higher flow rates may be obtained by installing multiple
tanks in a parallel configuration.
No
User Maintenance
CWT assumes all responsibility for timely exchange of exhausted
deionizer tanks. Specially designed flexible hoses with quick-disconnect
fittings ensure minimum downtime.
Service
When You Need It
In critical applications, CWT will exchange your tanks within 24
hours of your phone call. Service contracts can be arranged to suit
your specific requirements.
